Enrollment Information for Returning Calera Students

Please read all information below carefully, as no enrollment questions will be answered over the phone during the summer. All building secretaries will be out of the office.  All information you need will be included in this post.

Enrollment will be July 27–30 from 1:00pm-6:00pm.
We will start with kindergarten. Some grades will be broken into two groups. 

This enrollment is for ALL returning Calera students. A returning student is any student who attended Calera Public Schools during the 2025-2026 school year.

If you have multiple students, you only need to attend during one of the assigned enrollment periods.

Although recomended, for those unable to attend, we will send out an update when online enrollment opens. The process should take approximately 30 minutes to complete.

Before your scheduled enrollment time, please make sure you know your Gradebook username and password. Also, make sure all of your students are in your portal. Due to time constraints, passwords cannot be reset on enrollment day.

If you need help logging in or need a login, please email enrollmentinfo@caleraisd.org BEFORE your scheduled enrollment time. Pre-K username/passwords will be given to you on the day of enrollment.
